PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make exposure registration of a double-sided wiring TAB tape accurate between double-sided wiring patterns and between them and non-resist regions. SOLUTION: A tape 10 is set in an exposure machine so that a wiring pattern 5 formed by exposing and etching one face turn downside: a registration position of its downside wiring pattern 5 is read by a photosensor 16, and the tape 10 is registered so that the read position agree with a predetermined target position for pattern exposure of the top face coated and prebaked with a photoresist 6 or 8.
