PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable floating movement with respect to a disk recording medium. SOLUTION: On a surface opposite a disk recording medium, first and second rails are formed roughly in parallel with the traveling direction of the disk recording medium, a magnetic gap is formed from the surface of the first rail opposite the disk recording medium, a first magnetic head element is provided for performing recording and/or reproducing on the disk recording medium at a first recording density, a magnetic gap is formed from the surface of the second rail opposite the disk recording medium, and a second magnetic head is provided for performing recording/reproducing on the disk recording medium at a second recording density. The first and second rails are provided with division grooves for dividing the first and second rails roughly perpendicularly to the traveling direction of the disk recording medium.
