DELIVERY FORM FOR NON-CONTACT IC CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information filling part having printing appropriateness with respect to a regular printer in a non-contact IC card, to constituted the non-contact IC card through the use of a mount being an inexpensive paper material and to deliver the non-contact IC card fitted to a purpose which does not require durability. SOLUTION: A non-contact IC card 3 formed of a customer information display face material 5 in which a mount 2 is divided and formed by a cutting part 9 and which has customer information display part 10 on the same side as a name/address part 4, an opposite face material 7 which is adhered to a side opposite to the customer information display part 10 through a thin reception/transmission part 6 and a film material 8 adhered to the rear face of the mount 2 so that it covers the opposite face material 7 is installed in the necessary part of the mount 2 having the name/address part 4. The cutting part 9 reaches the film material 8 from the customer information display face material 5 and it can separate the non-contact IC card 3.
