PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic analyzer capable of being manufactured at a low cost, improved in reliability, and capable of high-speed measurement. SOLUTION: This spectroscopic analyzer 1 has an optical system in which the light coming from a light source part 2 via a spectral element 4 is detected by a light detector 8. The source part 2 has a mechanism for emitting light including at least specific wavelengthsλ1 toλ5 of light sources L1 to L5 from different positions corresponding to the respective wavelengths. In the optical system, the emitting positions of the light of the respective wavelengths are determined so that the light of the wavelengthsλ1 toλ5 corresponding to the respective emitting positions is gathered by the spectral element 4 to the same optical path L. The optical system has a slit 6 for irradiating a sample 9 or the detector 8 with only the light of the specific wavelengthsλ1 toλ5. The light of the wavelengthsλ1 toλ5 is emitted from the severally determined emitting positions of the source part 2 and applied to the sample 9 or to the detector 8, thereby performing spectroscopic analysis.
