PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust with high accuracy the level of a floor formed by placing concrete and to improve the mounting work efficiency of an apparatus in a base plate setting structure and a method for constructing base plate setting floor structure. SOLUTION: In the setting structure of the base plate arranged in a region A being the floor so as to adjust the level of the floor formed by placing concrete, such a technology is adapted that a foundation bolt 11 having a male screw part 11a on its tip part is perpendicularly erected in a plurality of parts in the region being the floor, the seat plate comprises a plurality of unit seat plates 12 having at least a mounting female screw hole 12 in its lower part, and the unit seat plate is vertically movably attached to the plurality of foundation bolts by screwing the mounting female screw hole around the male screw part.
