The prefabricated element, made from a composition material of treated wood granules and cement in two assembled sections with an inner cavity, has an isosceles trapezoid cross-section. A series of elements are joined together edge-to-edge by screws (7) to produce a straight or curved wall, and the cavities can be subsequently filled, e.g. with reinforced concrete (6). Each element can also incorporate steel reinforcing rods during manufacture to give extra mechanical strength.
