PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-shaped plasma generator that reflects a directive electromagnetic wave in a plate-shaped plasma mirror so as to change a reflecting direction of the directive electromagnetic wave by changing the angle of the plate-shaped plasma mirror and applies angle control to the plate-shaped plasma mirror with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The plasma generator is provided with a vacuum package 1, an anode 2 and a cathode 3 each consisting of a plurality of electrodes, a power supply 4 to apply a high voltage to the anode 2 and the cathode 3, and changeover devices 7a, 7b that select an electrode in the anode 2 and the cathode 3 to which a high voltage is applied. Changing combinations of the electrodes of the changeover devices 7a, 7b generate a plate plasma with an optional angle with respect to the directivity electromagnetic wave. |
