PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a process cartridge which is filled with toner and sealed without drawing a toner seal out and using a toner seal for a used process cartridge. SOLUTION: In a reproducing stage, this method has a seal member fitting stage for fitting an end part tip seal 63l as a seal member so that the end part of an end part seal 34 provided at one lengthwise end side and the other end side of a developing roller 10d on the opposite side of the side where a toner storage part 10a is provided is surrounded. Consequently, the part between the tip of the end part seal 34 and a blowout preventive seal is sealed. This method contributes to the prevention of a toner leak in distribution. |
