PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system test method for executing the test of a system controller and to provide the system controller that manages and controls a plurality of transmitters and can itself conduct various tests. SOLUTION: A transmitter simulating function section 8 or 10 that simulates a function of a transmitter is connected to a transmission reception function section 6 of the system controller 1. This transmitter simulating function section includes processes that the transmitter simulating function section receives data from the transmission reception function section 6, confirms the received data as a received data pattern consisting of a template name, a reference field name and a comparison value, substitutes field data according to a reply condition substitute expression in cross-reference with the confirmed received data pattern to the received data to generate reply data and transmits the reply data to the transmission reception function section 6. A control processing section 5 or a maintenance terminal 2 conducts tests such as normality and fault reproduction or the like on the basis of the received data and the reply data. |
