<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a continuous and integrated lining method of a branched part and a fitting pipe of a same material in lining a pipe formed of a polyethylene resin material. SOLUTION: A repair pipe 1 comprising a cylindrical body 3 which is inserted in the fitting pipe R in a closely attached condition and formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a flange part 4 which is provided on one end of the cylindrical body and formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, is stored in an airtight heat insulation bag 2 to wrap the whole cylindrical body of the repair pipe, the diameter of the cylindrical body is contracted while feeding a heating medium into the heat insulation bag 2, and the cylindrical body is inserted in the fitting pipe R from a main pipe P via a drilled part Q. At the drilled part Q, the flange part 4 of the repair pipe 1 is abutted on the inner surface of the main pipe P, and the cylindrical body 3 of the repair pipe 1 is heated and pressurized from its inside to expand the cylindrical body 3. The flange part 4 is integratedly bonded to the inner surface of the branched part Q.</p> |
