<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the other device to convert the form of a document into a desired form by a simple operation, and to allow a device having a printing function such as facsimile equipment or a printer kept at an operator side to print the document by using a transferring function. SOLUTION: The document form of an electronic mail is converted based on information such as header information added to the received electronic mail. Also, a transferring processing or a printing processing is operated based on the header information.</p> |
