TEMPERATURE-COMPENSATED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator that suppresses a voltage noise in its current generating circuit and its amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: An output signal from a temperature function generating circuit is given to a connection part between a cathode of a varactor diode and a crystal vibrator via a low pass filter circuit. On the other hand, a phase locked loop signal is given to a base of a 1st conductivity type transistor(TR) and a signal of its emitter is given to a base of a 2nd conductivity type TR and a signal of the collector is given to the anode of the varactor diode.
