PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional high frequency oscillation circuit that a large mount area is required in the case of forming a parallel plate type capacitor on a layered board or the like and a parasitic capacitance is generated between electrodes and a ground plane. SOLUTION: The high frequency oscillation circuit is provided at least with layered board 31, 32, 33, 34, a capacitor electrode 17(a) placed on both sides of the board 32, an upper capacitor electrode and a capacitor electrode 14(a) placed on both sides of the board 33 adjacent to the board 32. The 1st lower capacitor electrode and a 2nd upper capacitor electrode are realized by one capacitor electrode 15(a) placed on the boundary of the boards 32, 33, and the capacitor electrodes 17(a), 15(a) and 14(a) are substantially overlapped in a substantially perpendicular direction with respect to the boards 32, 33.
