PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of restraining the thinning of image density and the hue fluctuation of an image caused by a retransfer phenomenon. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with primary transfer bias sources 3a to 3d controlling bias based on a transfer current value by applying a transfer current to the electrified areas of photoreceptor drums 11a to 11d through carried recording material or an intermediate transfer belt 1.
