PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly, simply and correctly analyzing a chromosome aberration in which even a mutant chromosome accidentally having an equal DNA quantity to the other normal chromosomes can be analyzed and a specific chromosome can be simply identified. SOLUTION: The method for analyzing the mutant chromosome includes a process (1) of measuring a chromosome group of a metaphase in cells depending on the presence of DNAs, a process (2) of classifying measured data of each chromosome according to a quantity of DNAs, a process (3) of identifying individual chromosomes after the measurement, and a process (4) of quantitatively comparing quantities of DNAs of the identified individual chromosomes.
