PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion powder, generated in sliding of bearing part in a housing and rotor shaft from reaching a detection circuit part and the like. SOLUTION: A wall part 1c is formed in a housing, so as to surround the coupling part of shaft 6b of a rotor 6 to the bearing part 1b in a housing 1 and a wall part 6e is formed around the rotor so as to overlap in the radial direction of the shaft 6b with a specific gap to the wall part 1c. With this, the connection path from the coupling part of the shaft 6b to the bearing part 1b to the detection circuit part and the like is made a labyrinth structure. Similarly, a wall part 8c is formed on a flange, so as to surround the coupling part shaft 6a of the rotor to the hole 8a of the flange 8 and a wall part 6d is formed around the root so as to overlap in the radial direction of the shaft 6a with a specific gap to the wall part 8c. By this, the connection path, from the coupling part of the shaft 6a to the hole 8a to the detection circuit part and the like, is made a labyrinth structure.
