PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-contact data reception/transmission body with a small thickness that is not destructed even when the non-contact data reception/ transmission body is bent or twisted by forming an antenna onto a base material in a state of much more enhancing the fixity of itself to the base material. SOLUTION: In the case of forming an antenna 4 of the non-contact data reception/transmission body on a base material 1, plasma treatment is applied to the base material 1 and the antenna 4 is printed onto a plasma-treatment face 3 in conductive ink.
