PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase management device which can save stock business when materials (parts) are substitutively stocked in accordance with the request of the purchase destination (cooperation company) of products such as assemblies and to provide a computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: When parts are ordered instead of a cooperation company, the parts are directly delivered to the cooperation company from an ordering source without the acid of a purchase source (master company) (step 3). A bond amount (loan) to the cooperation company, which is generated with stocking, is stored in a substitutive stock detail file 72. When the cost of the assembly purchased from the cooperation company is paid, the stored bond amount is compensated with the amount of the assembly and a request amount (or bond amount) to the cooperation company is operated (steps 5 to 10). |
