PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film electronic component of which junction strength with a base of an electronic component unit can be improved. SOLUTION: A thin film electronic component is provided with a thin film electronic component base A on a base unit 1 and has a lower side electrode 5 which is junctioned with the base unit 1. The thin film electronic component is provided with a metallic oxide layer 2 on which base unit 1 the lower electrode 5 is formed, a metallic layer 3 which is formed on the metallic oxide layer 2 and which is made of the same metal as the metallic oxide layer 2 and an Au layer 4 which is formed on the metallic layer 3.
