PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable telephony equipment capable of preventing local temperature rise around a receiver at the time of speaking. SOLUTION: A duplexer 23 for sending a signal amplified by a power amplifier 22 to an antenna 11 and sending a received signal from the antenna 11 to a receiver circuit is packaged proximately to the antenna 11 on the surface opposite to the location side of a receiver 12 on a printed circuit board 21, and the power amplifier is packaged on the same surface as the duplexer 23 on the printed circuit board 21.
