PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a circuit scale and costs, and to realize efficient processing for correcting image blurring detection. SOLUTION: This device comprises a correction lens 9 for correcting image blurring and correction lens driving devices 7, 8, an image sensor 5 for storing image data for obtaining a projection signal, and a MPU 1 for detecting the image blurring from the above projection signal and performing image blurring detection correcting processing for controlling the above correction lens driving devices 7, 8 and also controlling the start and end of the storage by the above image sensor 5, and on starting processing the above image blurring detection correction or during processing it, the above MPU 1 makes the above image sensor 5 start storing image data for the following image blurring detection correcting processing.
