PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plot an inscribing circle which perfectly inscribes any designated diameter in preparing pattern indexes. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an information input processing means A for inputting a rectangular size and designating an inscribing circle for executing input processing, a discrimination means B for discriminating the odd/even number of the size of a rectangle, a central point calculating means C for respectively obtaining one central point when the size is odd and two central points when the size is even, and a plotting processing means D for calculating a radius from the short side with the respective coordinates of the decided one or more central points as the center or centers to plot part or the whole of the inscribing circle. |
