PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of an TAB tape at a low cost wherein efficiency is high, irregularity of mounting position does not exist, and the usage of the tape is minimum. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape A is drawn out just above a ring frame 21 which is positioned and supplied on an elevating table 31. The end portion of the adhesive tape A is pressure-bonded to one end side on the ring frame 21 by lowering a chuck unit 40. Thereafter, the adhesive tape A is bonded with pressure by moving a sticking roller 47, and cut rectilinearly in the width direction at a position on the other end of the ring frame 21. The ring frame 21 on which the adhesive tape A is stuck is supplied on the table on which the TAB tape is mounted, and on the adhesive tape A, the TAB tape is mounted. The ring frame 1 is inverted, transferred and accommodated in a cassette accommodating part. |
