PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device reduced in luminance unevenness and power consumption. SOLUTION: In this EL display device, leader lines of the data line and scan line of an EL display element 20 are connected to an IC chip 11 mounted on a printed board 81 by means of COB via many through-conductors 14. These through-conductors 14 are arranged to be passed through the inside of an integrated member 8 consisting of the printed board 81 and spacers 82. Different from an FPC, the through-conductors 14 have large cross sections and are connected at a short distance, therefore, they are reduced in wiring resistance and unevenness thereof. Thus, the EL display device is reduced in luminance unevenness and power consumption, and this effect exhibits especially in the organic EL display element 20.
