PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of sheet body discharging and receiving section constituted to easily take out photographs stocked behind the device, and a photographic processing device having such structure. SOLUTION: This device includes a discharge port 501 of a drying unit 500 for discharging the materials to be transported which are subjected to prescribed processing to a device upper section 202, a first transporting device 100 which is disposed near the discharge port 501 and transports the photographs 1d discharged from the discharge port 501 sheet by sheet to the rear of the device upper section 202 and a laminating section 160 which is disposed behind the device upper section 202 and laminates the photographs 1d jumping out of the first transporting device 100. The laminating section 160 has a tray 161 atop which the photographs 1d are placed and a moving means 162 which moves this tray 161 in an E direction between a jumping-out position P1 of the photographs 1d and a taking-out position P2 in the device upper section 202.
