PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate flake with coordinates and a method for forming the flake. SOLUTION: A plurality of lines are fixed to a film in a manner not to intersect each other, thereby obtaining a line-fixed film. A fixed film laminate with the line-fixed films stacked or wound in a direction parallel to the lines is sequentially cut at sections intersecting the lines in the line-fixed films, thereby obtaining continuous film laminate flakes S(1), S(2),..., S(h),... and S(m). The optional flake (Sh) among m flakes is selected. A second-dimensional coordinate of each line included in the flake S(h) is determined on the basis of a coordinate reference in the flake S(h). A second-dimensional coordinate of each line included in the flake S(i) close to the flake S(h) is determined on the basis of the obtained coordinate data of the flake S(h) and a coordinate reference in the flake S(i). The method of determining the second-dimensional coordinate is repeatedly carried out, whereby a second-dimensional coordinate of each line in the film laminate flake is determined.
