PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal structure of a developing device for an image forming device and a developing device obtaining a high seal effect and made excellent in durability by stably reducing sliding load. SOLUTION: A bearing 16 is composed of a bearing case 17, a ball bearing 18, a 1st G seal 19 and a 2nd G seal 20. Grease is enclosed in space 25 formed by a lip 19a for elastically hermetically sealing the 1st G seal 19, a lip 20a for elastically hermetically sealing the 2nd G seal 20, the inner peripheral surface of the bearing case 17 and a base part 23a of a paddle shaft 23. |
