PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording/reproducing device having super high density, capable of performing highly precise positioning even when a magnetic head such as an HDD is replaced by an optical head. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a recording medium 3 having information recorded therein, a near visual field optical head 9 having a fine structure, a light source part 1 for irradiating the near visual field optical head 9 with a light, a light guiding structure for connecting the near visual field optical head 9 with the light source part 1, and a photodetecting part 2 for detecting a propagated light 21 generated as a result of interaction between a near visual field light and the recording medium 3. The near visual field optical head 9 is attached through a fine movement mechanism 4 to a rough movement mechanism, and the light source part 1 is attached to the rough movement mechanism. |
