A bypass block 14 having a tapered surface 14b formed parallel to the tapered hole 4b on its outer circumferential surface is incorporated in the tapered hole 4b so that it can be positionally adjusted in the axial direction of the tapered hole 4b. This enables the flow rate of a fluid flowing through the bypass channel 4 to be adjusted. An energizing means 19 for energizing the bypass block 14 toward the downstream side is provided in a downstream part of an introducing part 8, and an operating means 20 is provided for operating the energizing means 19 from outside the introducing part 8.
