PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor which reduces influence with respect to a vibration or an external magnetic field and whose detecting accuracy is satisfactory at the same time, with respect to a temperature change. SOLUTION: A frame 3 inside a case 2, which is fixed and bonded to a body 1 to be mounted, is provided. A pendulum 10 which is attached to the frame 3 so as to be rotatable is provided. A magnet 12 and a magnet 13 as magnetic-flux generating means which are attached to the pendulum 10 are provided. A ferromagnetic body magnetic path 14 and a ferromagnetic body magnetic path 15 which are attached between the magnets 12, 13 are provided. A reed switch 4, which corresponds to the rotation track of the magnets 12, 13 and which is attached to the frame, is provided. A flange part 16 which is arranged at the frame along the rotation track of the magnets 12, 13, which is nonmagnetic and whose conductivity is satisfactory provided.
