PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating-medium supply system capable of filling a heating medium in a heat load and a heating-medium circulation channel infallibly and in a short time. SOLUTION: In a heating-medium supply system, control means 6 for controlling heating medium circulation performs a heating-medium circulating process by operating heating means such that the temperature of a heating medium supplied from a heat source 4 becomes a target temperature therefor and mixing means 9 such that the temperature of mixed heating medium becomes the target temperature for a heat load, while operating the circulating means and the heat-load-side circulating means 10 when the control means 6 receives the instruction of circulating the heating medium, and performs a heating-medium filling process by operating the mixing means 9 such that a bypass channel 3 is in a closed state in which the heating medium does not or almost does not flow therethrough while operating the circulating means and the heat-load-side circulating means 10 when the control means 6 receives the instruction of heating- medium filling operation for filling the heating medium in a heat load 1 and a heating medium circulation channel 2.
