PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overheat of an outer case. SOLUTION: This is waste processor 60 which has a primary processing chamber 4 and a second processing chamber 6 within an outer case 2, performs the quantity reduction of waste by baking or combusting the waste stored in the primary processing chamber 4 within the primary processing chamber 4, draws the gas generated at that time into the secondary processing chamber 6, and combusts it within the secondary processing chamber 6. Herein, a primary exhaust port 61 for exhausting the gas within the primary processing chamber 4 at cooling is coupled with a secondary exhaust port 31a for exhausting the gas within the secondary processing chamber 6 to outside, and for connecting the interior of the secondary processing chamber 6 with the outside. As a result, the gas within the primary processing chamber 4 gets to be exhausted not to inside but to outside, thus such a nonconformity that the outer case 2 overheats vanishes.
