PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to treat gas leaked between inner/outer tanks without discharging gas into the atmosphere. SOLUTION: A combustible liquid storage tank has an inner tank 2 to store combustible liquid at a low temperature, a boiling gas taking out line 5 for taking out boiling gas in the inner tank 2, and a gas taking out line 6 which takes out and gasifies the combustible liquid in the inner tank 2. The storage tank is equipped with a gas delivering line 14 which is connected to the intermediate portion 4 of the inner/outer tanks and the boiling gas taking out line 5 and delivers gas in the intermediate portion 4 of the inner/outer tanks, and a gaseous nitrogen supply line 10 for supplying gaseous nitrogen to the intermediate portion 4 of the inner/outer tanks.
