PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk controller which can prevent a case where the access retry frequency is increased to a recording medium or an access unable state suddenly occurs. SOLUTION: A vibration detection interrupt process P is carried out when the vibrations larger than the prescribed vibration detection threshold occur in a write mode of a hard disk (HDD) of image data. Thus, the block address of the HDD set in an access mode is recognized (250) and the information is written into an error information table to inhibit thereafter the use of the storage area that is corresponding to the said block address (252). Then the image data which were written when the vibrations occurred are written into a storage area corresponding to another block address of the HDD and this block address is recorded on a page information table (254-258).
