PURPOSE: An oil supply device for a compressor is provided to improve abrasion resistance of sliding units and prevent oil from being oversupplied to each sliding unit when a crankshaft is rotated at high speed. CONSTITUTION: An oil supply device for a compressor includes a tubular type oil tube(2), eccentrically fixed to a crankshaft, to supply oil filled at the bottom of a compressor case to each sliding unit of the compressor through the crankshaft. An oil cross section control plate(3), rotating according to the rotational speed of the crankshaft, is installed inside the oil tube to control the oil cross section of the oil tube. The oil cross section control plate is formed into a rectangle plate, having width shorter than the diameter of the oil tube. A hinge fixing pin(4) is formed at the upper end of the oil cross section control plate. Fixing pin insertion holes(6) are formed to the upper part of the oil tube opposite. A stopper(5) is installed on the internal wall of the oil tube, to control the rotating angle of the oil cross section control plate. Thus, oil quantity, supplied to each sliding unit of the compressor according to the rotational speed of the crankshaft, is controlled.
