<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-road-vehicle communication system that can prevent communication quality degradation caused when a plurality of vehicles mounted with on-vehicle units are present in a communication area. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device is provided with an oscillator, a modulator, an amplifier, a transmission antenna, a reception antenna, a reception section, a transmission ON/OFF control section, a memory and a carrier frequency setting section. The carrier frequency of an on-vehicle unit not making communication is set to frequency channel other than a concerned cell so as to separate a desired wave and an unnecessary wave and communication quality deterioration is prevented.</p> |
