PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide tubular object (1) which prevents the occurrence of both of electrostatic offsets varying in the phenomena of a full-surface offset and a peeling offset at fixing film (1) used for a fixing device (50) and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The polyimide tubular object (1) which consists of a polyimide resin base material, a primer layer on its surface and a fluororesion layer on its surface and fixes a toner image to a transfer material by thermal melting includes an inorganic semiconductive material (for example, titanium oxide) or a good conductive material (for example, carbon black) and an inorganic semiconductive material (for example, titanium oxide) in the fluororesin and the amount of the decrease in the wear resistance of the fluororesin layer by the contact rotation of paper (10) is confined to <=7μm.
