PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector whose fitting is stable even if a mechanical stress is applied and an electronic device with this coaxial connector. SOLUTION: Both opposite side surfaces of a cable plug resin case 1 are formed with a slit 17, 17 and a flexible portion 18 of a cantilever structure whose one end is fixed, respectively. Each flexible portion 18 is provided with a lock protrusion 19 projecting outwardly from a substantial center thereof, and a tongue 20 is provided at a non-fixing opening end of the flexible portion 18. Both opposite side surfaces of the receptacle resin case 2 are provided with a fitting hole 26, 26 corresponding to the lock protrusion 19, 19 of the cable plug resin case 1, respectively. |
