PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which can prevent a breakage or a malfunction of an internal circuit caused by a power source voltage and which can realize a simplification of a system on which the integrated circuit device is mounted. SOLUTION: This device is internally provided with a power source monitoring circuit 2 which has a hysteresis between a switching from an operating state to a waiting state and a switching from the waiting state to the operating state and which additionally switches the operating state and the waiting state of a regulator 1.
