PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material processing device capable of eliminating the need for an upper cover and improving the maintenance characteristic of a developing box. SOLUTION: This photosensitive material processing device has a developing box 1 which is opened in its upper part, plural processing tanks 5 which are disposed within the developing box 1 and are lined up in a direction where the photographic sensitive materials F to be subjected to development processing are successively transferred, rack means 10 which transport the photographic sensitive materials F in the respective processing tanks 5 and turn guides 25 and 30 which are disposed in the upper part of the rack means 10 and guide the photographic sensitive materials F in the transfer direction. The turn guides 25 and 30 are constituted as freely openable and closable upper covers covering the upper part of the developing box 1.
