PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic material for high frequency, whose resistance value is at least 1011 Ω.cm and ΔH is set at most 5 Oe in an arbitrary range where 4 πMS is 200-1,900 Gauss. SOLUTION: This magnetic material for high frequency is composed of composite oxide, which contains at least Y and Fe as metal elements. When the composition formula is shown by YA (Fe1-B-CAlBMnC)8-AO12, A, B and C satisfy 3.01<=A<=3.08, 0<=B<=0.5, 0<=C<=0.009 and A+B+C=1, to the main component 100 wt.% of the magnetic material in the this range, at least one kind out of Si and Zn of 0.05-0.2 wt.% in terms of oxide is contained. This is magnetic material for high frequency is used for a non-reciprocal circuit. |
