PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter by which output signals with a desired phase difference can be obtained over a wide frequency band despite of a comparatively simple and small-sized structure. SOLUTION: In a basic block B1, a switch S1 is open, a current source K1 is active, a capacitor C1 is charged, a voltage VR1 is decreased at a rate of gradient 1, the current source K1 is turned off, a switch S2 is open, a current source K2 is active, a capacitor C2 is charged at a rate of a current (b), a voltage VT1 is decreased at a rate of gradient b/a, a voltage comparator H1 compared the voltage VT1 and VR1, and when the voltage VT1 is coincident with a voltage VR, the block B1 outputs an output signal V1 with a phase difference of 360a/b deg. degrees with respect to an input signal. Similarly basic blocks B2, B3 sequentially provide outputs of output voltages V2, V3.
