PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a structure for forming a circuit easily on a flat conductor wiring board. SOLUTION: Connecting pins of a connecting member 11 penetrates a flat conductor wiring board 30 to bridge the circuit conductors 24, 27 thereof and the projecting parts thereof are bent to form bends 11c. The bridge base part 11a and the bends 11c clamping the circuit conductor 24 (27) are then hot pressed to bring the bridge base part 11a into direct contact with the circuit conductor 24 (27) and to bring the circuit conductor 24 (27) into direct contact with the bends 11c while pushing out softened or fused insulating material 31 to other region thus forming a circuit.
