PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately inspect the presence or absence of an endometriosis without necessity of an operation or the like. SOLUTION: The biopsy tissue of the endometrium of an uterus is collected, and the collected tissue of the endometrium is immunohistochemically dyed with an aromatase cytochrome P450. The presence or absence of the immunohistochemically dyed area is optically detected to confirm the presence of the aromatase cytochrome P450 in the tissue, and an endometriosis is decided by the detected amount of the aromatase cytochrome P450.
