PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system where negotiation by data communication links is omitted and data are transmitted at a high-speed with low power consumption in the case of conducting data communication through the use of a channel of mobile telephones. SOLUTION: In the case that a speech channel for radio mobile phones is formed between a data transmission terminal and a data collection device, the data transmission terminal transmits data as a dial signal to the speech channel through a radio telephone terminal. Thus, the data transmission terminal can deliver the data to the data collection device in a form of a DTMF signal.
