PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser with a supercooling unit adapted to mounting in the engine room of an automobile for an automotive air conditioner capable of being reduced in the area of the front surface of a core and easily changed in response to the space state of the installing part of the assembling state by the same constituting member. SOLUTION: The condenser with a supercooling unit comprises a condenser body 1 having a plurality of heat exchanging pipelines 4,... disposed in parallel between a pair of headers 11 and 12 to form a core 10 so that a refrigerant flowing from a refrigerant inlet 7a flows in a zigzag manner through the core 10 to heat exchange with the atmosphere, a receiver tank 3 for introducing the refrigerant after heat exchanging, and the supercooling unit 2 having a heat exchanging pipeline 21 for supercooling a liquid refrigerant flowing out from the tank 3 by heat exchanging with the atmosphere and introducing the refrigerant to a refrigerant outlet 7b in such a manner that the unit 2 is disposed at the front surface of the core 10 through prackets 9, 9 provided at both side headers 11, 12 of the body 1.
