PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aid the reliability design of equipment having dispersion in the operating history, operating conditions, load conditions, and material constants of the equipment. SOLUTION: A computer system constituted of an input/output device for inputting/outputting data, a device for allocating the design variables of the equipment and parts related to the equipment to an orthogonal table on the basis of an experiment planning method and the Taguchi method, a device for analyzing a design analysis model for the equipment and the parts or an inverse problem analysis model in accordance with the orthogonal table, a device for dispersively analyzing the analytical results of the design analysis model and the inverse problem analysis model, a device for preparing a response curved surface from the dispersive analysis results, and a device for executing optimization design is used for processing the data of the equipment and the parts related to the equipment to improve the reliability of the equipment on the basis of the processed data. |
