A packing material, packing box and packing method capable of compacting a package (article packed in a corrugated cardboard box or the like), greatly improving a work efficiency at packing and unpacking, and reducing the volume of trash left after the packing, the packing method suspending an article to be packed between elastic film portions of the packing material consisting of a plate material provided at the center thereof with a window and an elastic film pasted to the non-window portion (frame portion) of the plate material and covering the window portion.
