production of preserves from seafood. SUBSTANCE: pea in amount of 17.0-20.0 mas.% is introduced in formula of preserves from sea scallop as one of main components. The invention proposes a product where pea in combination with meat of sea scallop allows to prepare a product with high nutritive value and appetizing appearance. The product has high energy value, e. g. proteins of sea scallop supplement the vegetables proteins. Vegetables enrich meat of sea scallop with carbohydrates, pectins and food fibers promoting better food assimilation, normalization of salt metabolism and withdrawal of harmful substances from organism.
