The device (10) has a housing with two valves. The first valve (14) occupies a second position, in which it opens a first connection (40) between a vacuum source and a first chamber (50) defined by a shut-off element (72) with membrane (68), and shuts a second connection (62), charged with atmospheric pressure, to the first chamber. The second connection opens into a second chamber (60) defined by a further membrane (16), which is actuated by the first valve. The second chamber opens into a third connection (54) with a valve seat (52) at the end. The first valve engages sealing with its valve plate (46) on the valve seat when in second position. |
